In exchange for access to the information in PIE’s Community, all users mustagree to the following terms and conditions contained in this non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before accessing the community. By accessing the community online, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

The community and its contents are proprietary products of PIE and its owners. The community is intended primarily for use by members to engage with other similar professionals on issues affecting their work, their lives, and the profession/industry. Additional considerations include delivering high value content/education/toolsto our membership.

By agreeing to join PIE you Opt-in for receiving mail from our Mailchimp account in regards to community updates, marketing of our services, and specific announcements we believe may be of value to members of our community. You can optout of emails in the Mailchimp email on the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of that email, or by emailing proposalindustryexperts@gmail.com with the Subject Line - "Email List Please Opt-Out of PIE"

While members of PIE and their firms are identified in the community, PIE is not responsible for examining or evaluating the products and services offered, nor does it warrant the products or services of any of these businesses or individuals or the content of their web sites. PIE accepts no responsibility for the opinions and information posted by others. In no event shall PIE be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits arising out of or in connectionwith the use or performance of any information posted in this community.

Information should not be posted if it encourages or facilitates members to arrive at any agreement that either expressly or through implication leads to price fixing, a boycott of another’s business, or other conduct intended toillegally restrict free trade. Messages that encourage or facilitate anagreement about the following subjects are inappropriate: prices, discounts, orterms or conditions of sale; salaries; profits, profit margins, or cost data; market share, sales territories, or markets; allocation of customers orterritories; or selection, rejection, or termination of customers or suppliers.

In the event that any inappropriate posting comes to PIE’s attention, PIE will take all appropriate action. PIE reserves the right to terminate access to any user who does not abide by these guidelines.
